This-n-That

I'm participating in my first ever swap. It is A Happy Miscellany Craft Swap at the Domestic Bliss blog. It promises to be a lot of fun and I have a feeling that after this I will become swap crazy. If you are interested head by there and sign yourself up. I'm sure those ladies would love to have you.

I'm lusting after this book but I've yet to see the inside of it. Have any of you had the pleasure? Let me know if it is a must have for my Amazon Wish List.

I want to say thank you to all of you sweet ladies that nominated me for the You Make Me Smile Award. I pass it on to each of you that read this blog and each of you whose blog I read!

Lastly, it was such a treat to hear from you local ladies on my last post, Alicia and D, Donna and Marianna. I love knowing there are others around here like me. If there is anyone else in the Indianapolis area, please stop by and say hello!

I think I am doing that swap. My computer died. I don't know if I have the info for the swap. Anyway I hope I will get an email soon.

  4. I am always awed by the people we meet and become friends with on the web through blogs. It is especially neat when we find out they are local!

  8. I've never seen the book but now that I've seen the cover, I want it! I'm really guilty about judging my books by their covers - especially the pretty decorating ones.

  11. I bought the book at Barnes & Nobles last week. Very disappointed. The picture on the cover is the best one in the whole book. There may be 7 or 8 other pics worth looking at. The first chapter is the best and goes downhill after that. Be sure and look through it before buying!!
