Decisions, Decisions

This bag has been on my wish list for years. I'm not sure why it took me so long to shell out $35 for a bag. I've had bigger splurges. I finally made the decision to order it, the email offering free shipping, nudging me along. Then the hard decisions began. What color? Open or zip top? What size? What monogram? What script to use? Really, it was ridiculous. I had to sit on my hands to keep from bothering Sweet Hubby at work to get his opinion. I mean really, he doesn't have time to eat lunch at work and I'm sitting at home in front of the computer for a half hour trying to decide on which Land's End tote to order? Why do I make things so hard for myself? Maybe if I hadn't deprived myself of this bag for so long the decisions wouldn't have seemed to matter so much. Maybe there is a lesson to be learned here. Hmmm.

Washed Racing Red. Zip top. Large. Last name. Block name initials. Hope this helps you make your decision in 10 minutes or less.

  3. Oh Jen! I LOVE those bags from Lands End. I have so many different bags that I never did order one for myself. I did, however, get them for my nieces and nephews for Christmas one year. Big hit!

  4. I had a hard time deciding too, but I also chose the red! My kid has the smallest one for daycare w/ her first initial and the 2nd largest for overnight trips with her first name. Great bags! Hey, these are important decisions!

  14. I can relate to your decision-making -- I've actually sat online trying to decide about something for so long it actually sold out!

I have one of those, the smallest size, with a zip top. I has a black and white gingham print strap instead of a solid color, and I did get block letter initials. I bought it a few years ago, and I love it. I used it as a summer pocketbook. I still use it. I love it. It's so preppy and cute! I could have a zillion of these totes in all sizes... I have a giant non-zip LL bean one that I use all the time in the summer too. They're great -- you won't be disappointed!
