Feathering the Christmas Nest

I know you are all busy feathering your Christmas nests. The truth is that I haven't put up the first decoration. Well except I hung some of the ornaments from my Silver Bella felt ornament swap on the wire dress form in my studio. But that's it for me. We're supposed to head out to buy a tree tonight and I'm spending the day cleaning out corners before I bring up the holiday cheer and start to rearrange.

I have much to share with you this week: treasures, journals, aprons, studio pictures and who knows what else. I hope you'll meet me back here soon.

  2. Jen, I've not got one feather in my nest yet. Normally, I do have it all done by this time, but I still have pumpkins out!

I'm not feeling it yet this year, and I don't want to force it. :0/

I'll surely be back to see what you have up your sleeve this week!

  7. Hi Jen! Trying to catch up on your blog posts! My computer was next to dead and then finally died. But it forced me to buy a new one and now it's SOOO much easier online for me. My old one was a dinosaur!!!
Glad to "see" you again and Silver Bella looked like SO much fun! I'm so jealous! :)

  14. Well, if decorating occurs too early, it doesn't look as fresh on Christmas morning (or maybe that's my excuse for not getting started...)

  20. Hey Jen! It's me, Ida Mae, from Silver Bella. I LOVE how you displayed the felt ornaments on your wire dress form. And that studio of yours is very neat and tidy. Come to my house and help me get mine together. HA

Gonna follow, can't wait to read more, it's lovely here.
