I realize I haven't shared any of my bedroom with you guys. I hope to show more after I check off a few projects on my to do list. Our bedroom is actually a suite of rooms. Sound fancy, huh? It's not. However, it is cozy, serene and quirky which is exactly why I love it. When you open the door there is an entry area where my vanity is, to the right is a sitting room that my guy houses his ever-growing collection of stringed instruments in and uses for a music room and to the left and down 2 stairs is our bedroom area and master bath.
The vanity/entry is where I put these hooks. I don't have a ton of jewelery but I like to see what I have. Hanging these like this allows me to add to it over time.The middle hook is one I had laying around that I painted and the top and bottom hooks are from Anthropologie.
I love seeing all the color and sparkle when I walk through the door. It's like functional art. There are few things that appeal to me more than pretty and practical. It's the Midwestern girl in me.
