My shameful secret

This shelf is my shameful secret. I have volume upon volume of decorating books but this particular section is dedicated to the ones I haven't even read yet! I just received this copy of French General's book The French Inspired Home & even though I have this entire shelf of unread decorating books I couldn't resist the urge to buy just one more. I was lucky enough to pay just $4.99 for it (new!) so I guess I don't even need to justify it. And even though I am in the middle of reading another decorating book, as well as a novel and a decorating magazine, I was as happy as a schoolgirl when it came in the mail today. Since my sweet husband is traveling for work this week I will have the perfect excuse to curl up on the sofa after the girls go to bed & lose myself in the pages. Maybe I'll send the girls to bed early...

  1. Jen, you are a girl after my own heart! Nothing like curling up with a new decor mag or book after the kiddies are put to bed and while the hubby is away! Your new book looks fab - give us your review as I'm sure we'll want to pick up a copy too! Enjoy your quiet time and new eye candy!

  4. Hey Ladies! I'm really enjoying this book. I highly recommend it.

Homedaisy- I got it through www.homestylebooks.com. I had earned enough points from purchasing books to get this one for $4.99. Lucky me! If you aren't already a member you can sign up and get this book as well as the new one I just posted about and a few more as well. I highly recommend the book club. I join often!
