Today's the Day

I've been waiting for this day for months. The Holiday on DVD. Life is good. This is one of the few movies I can think of, that I would have gone to see at the theatre multiple times. You can bet that I will in the car & on my way to the store to buy this before Emma even has her backside settled on her bus seat. If there are any of you that didn't see this one when it was at the theatre (I can't imagine & I understand completely if you are too embarrassed to admit to it) take my word on this one. Hurry. Run. Go buy this one right away. You will not be sorry.

  9. I loved it. It might have to be added to my collection of chick flicks--the one my boys roll their eyes at when they come home and are looking for something to watch ;-)

  10. It is a very sweet movie. Made me love Jude Law again. And I'm proud to say, my husband wanted to see it as much as me-we both love romantic comedies.

  11. You know, I did think it looked like a cute flick, but I just got so busy at the holidays that I let it slip by. BUT... sounds like I have no excuses now! =)

  12. Since I rarely go out to see a movie, I depend on DVDs. I've been wondering if this one is worth plunking down the cash, and your review tells me it's a must see. I'll probably buy it. It sure looked good in the TV trailers. :D

  14. Loved it at the theatre and will get it again as soon as.... but I think it's out earlier over there... I'm sure it's not out until the 26th-ish here in England.... or am I wrong, in which case, I'm not available for the rest of the week.

  18. Absolutely, hands down, loved this movie. I saw it with my girl cousins prior to Christmas. We all loved it. My mom saw it too and loved it. Then after Christmas when my mom was visiting, we went to see it together. Just loved Jude Law, and that amazing cottage (seriously, that cottage couldn't have been cuter). So glad you feel the same way!!

  22. I loved this movie, especially the English cottage. I got mine Tuesday when it was released and have been "capturing" shots of the cottage ever since. I liked the story, loved Jude Law and Cameron Diaz, who knew he could be funny?
