Silver What?

I've gotten many questions wondering what in the heck this Silver Bella thing is that I keep talking about. It is an art retreat hosted by the totally fab Teresa McFayden in Omaha, NE every November for the last 3 years.

She gathers some of the finest teachers in the art community and for the admission fee you get to choose 5 of the classes to take. You also get to attend other Bella events which this year include, the Bella Market Faire, a group class the night before classes start and a luncheon with the queen herself, Mary Englebreit.
I'm so excited to be a part of it this year. I've never done anything even remotely like this but I have a feeling this will become an annual tradition for me. These photos are from the latest issue of Country Living and you can go here to see more and read the story.
