Every year for the 4th of July we visit a small town in Ohio where they know how to celebrate in style. Sweet Hubby's brother lives there with his kids and wife and her extended family, who have been kind enough to take us in and treat us like we belong there. My sister-in-law's mom even lives on the parade route, making it impossible to resist the call to spend this day in our adopted hometown.
Here is our version of an all American celebration.
Sweet Hubby's favorite part. Don't ask.
My favorite part.
Patriotic from our heads...
to our toes.
I love seeing how places around the country celebrate the 4th. I've never seen the "walking flag" done before, how neat! Love the tattoo on the head too. haha.
ReplyDeleteI can't get over those ladies in the form of a flag! Looks like fun. (Also, you were probably fairly close to my childhood stomping grounds!)
