Well, it's official. Today I am the new face of 39. I think this will be my best year yet.
I used to hate having my birthday so close to Christmas but I suddenly realized this morning that I no longer do. There you go Mom. I forgive you. Sorry it took me so long. I always was a late bloomer.
I asked Sweet Hubby not to get me any gifts this year. Between Silver Bella, shiny new staplers and my Japanese masking tape addiction I've done enough damage in the last 2 months. Of course he was smart enough to know that I didn't really mean it.
We had breakfast at Cracker Barrel and we're getting ready to head out to see Fantastic Mr. Fox followed by studio time for me & dinner grilling and cupcake baking for Sweet Hubby.
This has already been a blessed day that has nothing to do with the gifts I've opened (more on those to come...) but has everything to do with the gifts of love I've received.
I hope your day is blessed as well.
Happy Birthday Jen on this cold snowy day in Indiana! May you have a wonderful year to come full of family, friends and memories that sparkle all year through! Happiness to you today! Love,Lori

ReplyDeleteI just use one big bag of ruffles or lays. You can use the whole thing or a little less, depending on how crunchy you want them. Let me know how they turn out :)
Merry Christmas!
