The gorgeous spring weather has my mind turning to alfresco dining.
We love eating outside and have been known to drag our kitchen table into the backyard on a whim.
We have wonderful neighbors on both sides of us and love having them over, often at the same time.
I can't imagine getting this lucky with neighbors again in my life so I plan to enjoy every moment I can with them until we move.
I'm sure there will be a few more gatherings under the stars before we leave and now I have plenty of inspiration to make it lovely.

I have that top pic saved in my "Sarah's Wedding Shower" file. Oh, to dine outdoors! (Remember our crazy outdoor picnic with our burned bread and haphazard salad?)

Love the inspirational pics Jen - As soon as the weather is warm enough and our outdoor table is set up we tend to eat as many of our meals outdoors as possible - love it ♥
ReplyDeleteWe are having a beautiful day here in Florida and having lunch outside would be wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are enjoying your day!
These outdoor tables are so inspiring! The first and last are my absolute favorites and have me longing for a pretty patio of my own.
ReplyDeleteMakes me want to run out and plan a garden party!
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous that you have terrific neighbors, so yes yes yes, enjoy the time left you have with them! I love the idea of bringing out my table and eating outside!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE to eat outside. I don't really have a great place to dine out though. I do have a screened in porch and we utilize it often in nice weather. Those photos make me want to make a place though.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking the other day how nice it would be to have Easter dinner out on the deck when my family comes over. Doubt it will actually happen (the sun's already brutal here in Florida) but it's a nice thought.
ReplyDelete(lol--as I as typing this a Crate & Barrel ad popped into my email about their outdoor furniture--it's a conspiracy, I tell you!)
Ahh, I can't wait for warmer weather... My outdoor dishes, patio cushions, and flower pots are still tucked away. I can't wait to set up our porch again and sit back and watch the kids play in the yard.
ReplyDeleteKinda gets ya in the mood for a picnic!!
ReplyDeletelove the pictures!!
I can't wait to be able to eat outside!!!! I love your pictures, they make me want to bring out my patio furniture and umbrella. It won't be long before we can do that in the midwest. It's going to be 80 in Chicago on Thur. Yipee!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful photos! I love the vintage hankie garland, what fun. Have a blessed day!

Beautiful photos, I'll have to come back for some al fresco inspiration in the warm days to come. I can't wait to eat outside again. Thanks for sharing.

I can't wait until we can share an alfresco lunch together with some vintage deliciousness...I promise to dress myself for it too!
ReplyDeleteI think alfresco is one of my new favorite words. I certainly don't use it as much as I should.
ReplyDeletep.s. already dreaming and planning the meal by the brook here at my house. Cupcakes for dessert, for sure.
All of these photos make me swoon! i want to do a lot of that this summer. I just wish someone could tell me how to get rid of those pesky mosquitos!!! Anyway, I'll be outdoors, perhaps under a mosquito net. How pretty anyway! Thanks so much for the inspiration.
