Change is Good

Hello Friends! Don't go...you're in the right place! The cottage was feeling a bit dull to me and, just like in my real cottage, I felt the need to change things up a bit. I gave it a good cleaning and some sprucing up and now I feel like I have a brand-spanking new place.

Actually I'm doing much the same around my house. Cleaning, organizing, tossing, rearranging & just generally spiffing up. It's liberating. I'm slowly riding the house of all of the damage of my summer hiatus. I finally took some time in my studio, after several months of neglect & got it ready for some fun. I've dressed it up a bit, added some inspiration and got things sorted. Now I'm looking forward to playing.

  6. There must be something in the air - I am doing the same thing. I just spent the whole morning organizing things around the house. Just don't decide to crazy with the whole change thing and cut your hair like I did. In my case, that change was not so good - I now remember why I let my bangs grow the last time...

  7. Well, you have a good start on the list you created. My son is starting third grade and I have yet to finish my list of goals: complete baby book, sort all my photos, organize garage...

  8. Your room looks fab...is the color on the wall a Robin's Egg blue?...or is it white? I am looking for the perfect blue to re-do my craft room in...I can't tell...but on my computer they look blue...and I love it!! I am inspired to get off my lazy and get my "cave" re-done and possibly start calling it the Mrs.Study...where beautiful things are created and flourish!!

    Blessings...

  9. Love the new look!

You asked if we were at The Wild. Unfortunately no. We were at 4KidsBooks...which is also nice, but just doesn't have the same feel as The Wild! My daughter would LOVE to go and visit Pages with you next Tuesday...
