Maybe I've been living under a rock, but I just heard about this new, about to be released book from Mary Emmerling. I don't know about you, but I think this one will be sitting on my shelf in no time.
I will have to check this one out at a bookstore. It could be a keeper! I will have to see it in person, though, because I'm not that fond of her style anymore. I used to love it, but she went so "Southwest" with sarape blankets, saint statue etc. It's just not my thing! I think, as one of the editors, she has influenced the "Country Homes" magazine to lean toward this style too, much to my disappointment.
Wow..I haven't heard about it either..I love her books..I used to have the Hearts one..which was a favorite...I'll have to get this one too. I love her style..
Jen. Thank you for stopping by. I love birds too and have them all over my home. They are so fun to add here and there. I am glad you enjoyed the song bird. I love your blog. Heather
Jen, I haven't heard about that one, either...but can't wait to see it!
Thanks for stopping by, and for your sweet note. Have you seen my "Memphis" blog? There is a link to it in the upper right hand corner of my "regular" blog. If there is anything in the area you would like to see a photo of, please let me know. :)
A beach house...the stuff dreams are made of...lapping waves lulling one to sleep. Even if I never own one I love the mental reprieve of just imagining.
Your nest is lovely...you've feathered it well. Patsy
I will have to check this one out when I hit the bookstore. I love her books, so inspiring! I enjoy visiting your blog and love your inspiration pictures.
I must have been under a rock as well... I will have to check this one out. I just love cottages/beach houses. I yearn to own one myself, even if it is landlocked!
Sounds like my kind of book, Jen!
