Meatloaf Burger
In this house we like to forge our own path. We don't always follow the norm. We push the limits and don't always do what's expected of us. That's how this burger was born. Maddie had requested meatloaf for dinner. My Sweet Hubby thought this day was much too beautiful for dinner not to come from the grill. I have people pleaser tendencies and thought why not make my Italian meatloaf into burgers? It was maybe one of my better ideas. It was so good that I wish I could eat it all again right now.
I hope you all have a lovely Easter tomorrow. We are going out for Easter brunch for the first time ever and then my rowdy band of misfits and I will be enjoying ribs while most of you are enjoying your hams! In case you needed further proof of our culinary oddness.

The burger looks and sounds awesome! I would have never thought of that idea. My gang loves meatloaf. I'll have to throw this idea out to them.
